Flinders Assessment Centre is a pathway program open to Year 11s, that allows Flinders University to consider different assessment methodologies for admission to higher education. Flinders is running the Assessment Centre at ASMS on August 16th.
Please look at the attached flyer here and, more importantly, the course guide here.
If the university course you are considering studying is not on that list, it is not open to Assessment Centre entry, so don’t take someone else’s spot.
You will need to indicate your course of interest and consider the bands of entry for that course.
This is something new this year, and depending on the band level a student achieves during the Assessment Centre, will determine what courses are available to that student.
Any other course prerequisites, portfolio, or other entry requirements will also need to be met to gain entry into the desired course.
If you would like to be considered for Assessment Centre please fill in the EOI form by 12pm Monday 5 August. This does not guarantee acceptance into the ASMS session, as we have limited spots available.
