You may have noticed that that the ASMS has recently launched a brand new portal for students, staff, and parents which can be accessed here.
When logging into the portal, you need to use your username, followed by @asms.sa.edu.au for example: smit01@asms.sa.edu.au
However, when logging into the ASMS app, you just require your username for example: smit01
