Staff vs Students – Volleyball and Dodgeball
The staff vs students matches continue this term, with the latest being a volleyball and dodgeball match in the Flinders University Gym.
Closely fought, the teachers dominated early, until the students finally found their mojo and levelled the score 25-18, 18-25 in yet another draw. The teachers were battered and bruised by vicious serving and spikes, but they live to fight another day.
Interschool
Term 3 saw both statewide Volleyball and Table Tennis championships taking place.
Our boys Volleyball team managed a couple of wins against Wirreanda and Botanic, finishing 4th overall in the minor round, as well as grabbing an after school win against Unley. Our girls won their last game against Cornerstone to round out the day 5th.
Our statewide Table Tennis team was unlucky not to grab a medal in the finals round, finishing 4th overall in the state! Impressive work from Caleb, Conrad, Dany, Joab and Christy. Thanks to Campbell Harvey for looking after both teams.
