The ASMS will be a part of the School Immunisation Program. This includes all Year 10 students having access to the Meningococcal Vaccinations. Parent/Guardians/Carers of students being offered immunisation are required to compete, sign, and return the consent form to the school for collection by Council even if consent is refused. This will ensure that Council meets its reporting responsibilities to SA Health.
The forms will be going home with year 10 students on the 14 February and need to be returned by the 25 February.
The first dose will be administered on the 3 May, and the second dose will be on the 5 July on site at the ASMS.
