Truth and Perception

As part of our exploration of the nature of Truth and Perception, we have spent the last few weeks planning investigation to show the truth about the effect of pH, temperature and salinity on the action of enzymes, in particular pepsin, a key enzyme in the digestion of proteins in the digestive system of humans and many other animals.

This has required detailed collaboration, planning and negotiation as student design investigations that are able to produce results that are reliable enough to be considered true.

This will lead towards the students communicating their findings in a format of their choice with options such as scientific poster, scientific paper or scientific magazine article available to choose from.
