The Year 12 formal will be held on Friday May 31 at the Convention Centre, North Terrace, Adelaide. Year 12 students were emailed a copy of a letter containing details of the event to share with their parents, a hard copy or electronic copy can be forwarded from the school if required. Ticket prices for the formal are $130 per person and include a 2-course meal, unlimited soft drinks, entertainment, and photography (excluding the purchase of prints).
Students are able to invite and pay for a friend as their plus-one, either from within the school or from outside the ASMS community to attend with them. Dress is obviously formal for a formal and the night provides special memories of the final year of schooling. A group photo is taken of all year 12 students in attendance.
Staff are in attendance on the night and the event is alcohol free. Students need to return their payment with a signed form outlining any dietary requirements for themselves and if applicable their guest. Payment details are on the form and can either be paid in full or split over two payments.
The school accepts payment by EFT, credit card or cash payment. Students should indicate their desire to attend and return their form either with part or full payment by Friday May 2, with full payment required by May 17.
