On Monday June 3 we held our Biggest Morning Tea Cake Competition to raise funds for the Cancer Council.
Our cohort’s creativity was on full display today, with a huge range of cupcakes, cakes and slices featuring Studio Ghibli, stain glass art, pink ribbon, movie theatre popcorn, and nature themed designs made by our students. The winner of the cake competition will be announced at our next assembly.
A huge thank you to Deb, our Service Club Coordinator for organising this event, and to everyone at the ASMS who raised money for the Cancer Council.
The entries were amazing, and I would like to thank all the families who no doubt had their kitchen turned into something they may not have recognised! By selling slices of their creation students raised just over $300 for the Cancer Council.
