Every year, the Australian Science & Mathematics School (ASMS) participates in Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea with a cake baking competition, to raise essential funds for those who have been impacted by cancer.
There were some spectacular cake creations this year inspired by Pixar, superheroes, mythical flying creatures, 90s alt-rock bands, Bluey, reconciliation week and more!
It wasn’t a piece of cake for the judges to decide on the winner, as the creativity and attention to detail really was outstanding. Congratulations to our winner, whose incredible creation was comprised of a dragon resting on a tree stump, surrounded by forest fungi.
Thank you to everyone who donated or baked a cake and to the ASMS Service Club for organising this fundraiser which raised over $600 for a very worthy cause.
