Students at the Australian Science and Mathematics School are preparing to share their passion for science, technology, engineering and maths at their very own Fringe show, STEMtacular!
Designed for children aged 4 to 12 years, participants can engage in hands-on activities with students and staff of the Australian Science and Mathematics School (ASMS), Flinders STEM Academy and STEM Outreach team.
The event showcases spectacular STEM, where children can play, laugh, and learn as they interact with technological wonders, cutting edge gadgets, drones and curiously addictive puzzles.
Sam, in Year 12 at ASMS, said she can’t wait.
“I think STEMtacular is a really awesome opportunity for students. I’m really excited and looking forward to sharing what we’re passionate about with the public.”
STEMtacular is on Saturday 27 February from 2.00pm to 4.00pm at the Australian Science and Mathematics School, Bedford Park.
Tickets: $5, available through FringeTIX
Suitable for children 4 to 12 years, accompanied by an adult.
